In no event shall Promptsmint or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Promptsmint, even if Promptsmint or a Promptsmint authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Prompts on Promptsmint are designed to be used with AI tools. We do not control or guarantee the outputs generated by AI tools when using our prompts. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before use. Promptsmint is not responsible for any consequences resulting from AI-generated content.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
